

Hockey Canada develops them, the member branches train people to teach them, and implement their content. Whether your new to the game or a wiley veteran, from the country or the city... we are all coaches and we're here to benefit the youth of our game!
ALL team officials (coaches) must be certified by December 1, 2009.
ALL must team officials (coaches) must have Respect in Sport certification by December 1, 2009. Previous Speak Out certification is equivalent to Respect in Sport for the 2009/10 season.
Each playing category has certain coaching certification requirements; please see the Certification Requirements page for full details.
Clinics are offered through the first part of the hockey season (September-December) to certify coaches, officials and safety persons. Locations vary throughout the province as each member Region has opportunity to host clinics through their Minor Associations.
